KAÇAK ELEKTRİK KULLANILMASINA KARŞI ELEKTRİK İDARESİ ÇALIŞANI TUTUMUNUN ÖRGÜTSEL ADALET VE ÖRGÜTSEL BAĞLILIK İLE İLİŞKİSİ VE İLLERE GÖRE FARKLILIKLAR

Öz Bu araştırmanın amacı, çalışanların kaçak elektrik kullanımına karşı tutumlarının örgütsel adalet algısı ve örgütsel bağlılık değişkenleri ile ilişkisini analiz etmek, aynı zamanda değişkenler açısından illere göre farklılıkları saptamaktır. Bu amaçla TEDAŞ’ın kaçak elektrik kullanım verilerine göre Kütahya’dan 35, Aksaray’dan 63 ve Mardin’den 44 çalışan olmak üzere toplam 142 elektrik dağıtım idaresi çalışanı üzerinde kaçak elektrik kullanımına karşı çalışan tutumu temelinde hazırlanan anket çalışması uygulanmıştır. Araştırma sonucunda çalışan tutumu ile dağıtımsal, prosedürel ve etkileşimsel adalet, duygusal ve normatif bağlılık değişkenleri arasında olumlu yönlü ilişki tespit edilmiştir. İllere göre çalışan tutumu, dağıtımsal adalet, duygusal ve normatif bağlılık değişkenleri açısından farklılıklar olduğu ortaya konulmuştur.
