MÜLKİYET HAKLARI VE EKONOMİK GELİŞME

Öz Bu çalışmada uluslar arası mülkiyet hakları indeksi 2008 yılı raporu verilerinden yola çıkarak mülkiyet haklarının ekonomik gelişme açısından taşıdığı önem ele alınmıştır. Çalışmada mülkiyet haklarıyla ekonomik gelişme arasındaki ilişki inceledikten sonra, mülkiyet hakları indeksinin nasıl hazırlandığıyla ilgili kısa bir bilgi verilmiş ve elde edilen sonuçlarla Türkiye’nin durumu hakkında bir değerlendirme yapılmıştır.
