Karın Ağrısı Şikayetiyle Hastaneye Başvuran Çocuk ve Ergenlerde Fiziksel Sebep Bulunanlarla Bulunmayanlar Arasındaki Depresyon, Anksiyete ve Somatizasyon Değerlerinin Karşılaştırılması

Amaç: Fiziksel nedenleri olan ve olmayan karın ağrısı şikayeti olan çocukların depresyon, anksiyete ve somatizasyon düzeyle rini belirledik. Gereçler ve Yöntem: Çalışmaya, özel bir hastanenin pediatri servisinde 24 yaşında fiziksel nedenleri bulunan bir karın ağrısı şikayeti ile başvuran ve 8-15 yaşları arasındaki 48 ço cuk alındı. Bu çalışmada sosyodemografik veri formu, çocuk depresyon ölçeği (ÇDÖ), Pediatrik Anksiyete Derecelendirme Ölçeği (ÇATÖ) ve Çocuk Somatizasyon Envanteri-24 (ÇSE-24) kullanıldı. Bulgular: Bulguların istatistiksel analizi, fiziksel ağrı ve anksiyete ile depresyon, anksiyete ve somoizasyon değerleri olan hastalar arasında istatistiksel bir fark olmadığını göstermektedir. Sonuç: Bu bulguların sonuçları literatür kapsamında tartışılmıştır

Objective: We determined the levels of depression, anxiety and somatization of children with a complaint of abdominal pain who has a physical causes and not. Material and Methods: The sample is 48 children aged 8-15 years who were admitted to the pediatric ward of a private hos pital with a complaint of abdominal pain whose physical cau ses were found in 24. In this study, the Sociodemographic Data Form, Depression Scale for Children (CES-DC), The Pediatric Anxiety Rating Scale (PARS), and Children's Somatization In ventory-24 (CSI-24) were used. Results: The statistical analyses of the findings show that there are no statistical diffrences between the patients with physi - cal pain and anxiety and depression, anxiety and somoization values. Conclusion: The results of these findings were discussed within the scope of literature.
