Pars İnterartikülaris Defekti ile Cilt Altı Yağ Doku Kalınlığı ve Abdomen Çevresi Arasındaki İlişkinin Değerlendirilmesi

Amaç: Çalışmanın amacı cilt altı yağ doku kalınlığı ve abdomen çevresinin pars interartikülaris defekti ile ilişkisini değerlendirmektir. Gereç ve Yöntemler: Çalışmaya çeşitli klinik endikasyonlarla Ocak 2017- Haziran 2017 tarihleri arasında kliniğimizde abdominopelvik bilgisayarlı tomografi (BT) çekilen hastalardan pars interartikülaris defekti (PIAD) saptanan 66 hasta ile BT görüntüleri normal olarak değerlendirilen rastgele seçilmiş 69 hasta olmak üzere toplam 135 hasta dahil edilmiştir. Hastaların görüntüleri retrospektif olarak tekrar değerlendirildi. Aksiyal BT görüntülerinde tüm hastalarda standardizasyonu sağlamak amacıyla umbilikus seviyesinden geçen kesitlerde sağ ve sol rektus kası orta kesimi düzeyinden cilt altı yağ doku kalınlıkları (CYK) ve bu seviyede abdomen çevresi (AC) ölçüldü. PIAD varlığı ile cilt altı yağ doku kalınlıkları ve abdomen çevresi arasındaki ilişki istatistiksel olarak analiz edildi. Bulgular: Çalışmaya 67’si (%49,6) kadın, 68’i (%50,4) erkek olmak üzere toplam 135 olgu dahil edildi. Olguların 66 (%48,9)’sında PIAD mevcuttu. 69 (%51,1)’inde ise PIAD saptanmamıştı. Sağ taraf CYK değeri ortalaması 28,47±9,76 mm, sol taraf CYK değeri ortalaması 28,33±9,64 mm, ortalama CYK değeri ise 28,4±9,68 mm, abdomen çevresi ortalaması 96,3 ± 13,5 cm olarak hesaplandı. Evaluation of the Relationship Between Pars Interarticularis Defect with Subcutaneous Fat Thickness and Abdominal Circumference

Aim: To evaluate the relationship between subcutaneous fat tissue thickness and abdominal circumference increase with pars interarticularis defect. Materials and Methods: We retrospectively reviewed the images of patients who underwent abdominopelvic computed tomography (CT) in our department due to various clinical indications between January 2017 and June 2017. Sixty-six patients with pars interarticularis defect (PIAD) and 69 randomly selected patients with normal CT findings were included in the study. Subcutaneous fat thickness (SFT) and abdominal circumference (AC) were measured on axial CT images of all patients. The relationship between presence of PIAD with subcutaneous fat thicknesses and abdominal circumference was statistically analyzed.
