ÖZETBu calısma, Latin Amerika'da neoyapıalcıokulun rekabet edebilirlik kavramııtemel alarak Schumpeterci yaklasıa bakıııanaliz etmeye odaklanıor. Tarihselsurec icerisinde yapıalcıyaklasıları neoyapıalcıyaklasılara evrildiğgorulurken, adil buyume ile sistematik rekabet edebilirlik kavramlarıneoyapıalcıokulum temelleri olarak tanılanmaktadı. Schumpeterci yaklasıları iktisadikalkıma, innovasyon ve girisimci kavramlarıdikkate alıarak, bu kavramlarıneoyapıalcıokulun temellerini olusturan adil buyume ile sistematik rekabet edebilirlikicerisinde ne sekilde kullanıdığıa yanılar uretmeye calımaktadı. Calımakapsamıda neoyapıalcıanalizin Schumpeterci yaklasılardan doğudan etkilendiğacı bir sekilde gorulmektedir.
