Özellikle bazı edebî eserler, ait olduğu dönemi yansıtan ayna gibidir. Edebî şahsiyetler de bu aynanın mimarları olarak dönemini aydınlatan birer ışık kaynağıdır. Bu kişilerden biri Lutpulla Mutellip’tir. Lutpulla Mutellip, yirminci yüzyılın başlarında Uygurların özgürlük mücadelesine ve Uygur edebiyatının gelişmesine büyük katkılar sağlamıştır. Bu yönüyle Uygur edebiyatında unutulmaz şahsiyetler arasında yerini almıştır.

In the history of societies, there are personalities who have left indelible marks. Artists are the people who mark to history with works they produce. Especially certain literary works are like a mirror reflecting the period that they belong. As the architects of this mirror, literary personalities are light sources that illuminate the period. One of these literary personalities is Lutpulla Mutellip. At the beginnings of the 20th century, Lutpulla Mutellip contributed to the development of the Uyghur literature and the freedom struggle of the Uyghurs. From this aspect, it has become one of the memorable personalities in the Uyghur literature.
