Bu çalışmada İsparta ilindeki yağ gülü (Rosa damescana Mill.) dikili alanlarda bulunan Tyienchida takımına ait bitki paraziti türlerin faunistik ve taksonomik olmak üzere iki bölümde incelemesi yapılmıştır. Bu çalışma ile Tyienchida takımının Tylenchina alttakımından ve Tylenchoidea, Dolichodoroidea, Hoplolaimoidea üstfamilyasından 5 familya, 7 altfamilya, 14 cinse abğlı 18 tür, Hexatylina alttakımından, Anguinoidea üstfamilyasından, Anguinidae familyasından, Anguininae altfamilyasına bağlı Ditylenchus cinsinden 3 tür ve Sqfianema cinsinden 1 tür olmak üzere toplam 22 tür saptanmıştır. Diğer yandan, bu çalışmada tespit edilen 7 tür de Türkiye faunası için yeni kayıt olarak belirlenmiştir.

In this study, plant parasitic species of Tylenehida order in oil rose [Rosa damescana Mill.) cultivating areas in İsparta province are examined in considering their two main aspects, namely faunistic and taxonomic. Structures and depth of sampling soils were also taken into consideration. With this study, totally 22 species were determined of which 18 species of 14 genus of 7 subfamilies of 5 families of Tylenchoidea, Dolichodoroidea and Hoplolaimoidea superfamilies of Tylenchina suborder of Tylenehida order; 3 species of Ditylenchus and 1 species of Safianema genus of Anguiidae family of Anguinoidea superfamily of Hexatylina suborder of Tylenehida order. On the other hand, in these study 7 species have been recorded for the first time in Turkey.
