Laboratuvar koşullarında Perillus bioculatus (F.) (Hemiptera: Pentatomidae) un gelişme süresi ve ölüm oranı üzerinde ön çalışmalar

Patates böceği, Leptinotarsa decemlineata (Say.) (Coleoptera: Chrysomelidae)nın predatörü Perillus bioculatus (F.) (Hemiptera: Pentatomidae) türünün farklı iki sıcaklıkta gelişmesini saptamak amacıyla bir çalışma yürütülmüştür. Yumurtaların 26±1 oC ve 29±1 oC sıcaklıklarda sırasıyla, açılma süresi 5.94 ve 4.94 gün; açılma oranları ise % 94 ve % 95 olarak kaydedilmiştir. Toplam nimf süresinin ortalama olarak 26±1 oC‟de 15.57 gün, 29±1 oC‟de ise 15.13 gün olduğu saptanmıştır. Cinsiyet oranı 0.75 ve 0.60 (D/E) olarak hesaplanmıştır. Ölüm oranı her iki sıcaklıkta da yüksek bulunmuştur.

A preliminary study on the development time and mortality rate of Perillus bioculatus (F.) (Hemiptera: Pentatomidae) under the laboratory conditions

The study was conducted to investigate the development of Perillus bioculatus (F.) (Hemiptera: Pentatomidae), a predator of the Colorado potato beetle, Leptinotarsa decemlineata (Say.) (Coleoptera: Chrysomelidae), at two different temperatures. The incubation periods were 5.94 and 4.94 days, and hatching rates were 94% and 95%, respectively, at 26±1 oC and 29±1 oC. The total nymphal period was 15.57 days at 26±1 oC and 15.13 days at 29±1 oC. Gender proportions were calculated as 0.75 and 0.60 (F/M) at 26±1 oC and 29±1 oC, respectively. The mortality rate was high at both temperatures.
