Akgöl - Paradeniz Dalyan›ndan yakalanan 504 Mugil cephalus örne¤inin yafl kompozisyonu I.- VII. yafllar aras›nda de¤iflmektedir. Mugil cephalus ‘ un yafllara göre yüzde da¤›l›m›nda III. yafl % 29,76 ile en yüksek orandad›r.Mugil cephalus örneklerinden % 52.33’ü difli bireyleri , % 46,67’ si de erkek bireyleri oluflturmaktad›r. Ortalama çatal boy de¤eri III. yafl için 293,79 mm. ve III. yaflta ortalama a¤›rl›k de¤eri ise 314,47 gramd›r. Maksimum y›ll›k boy art›fl› III. yaflta 62, 13 mm. ve maksimum y›ll›k a¤›rl›k art›fl› ise 263,73 g. ile VII. yafl grubunda saptanm›flt›r

According to the ages Mugil cephalus groups dispersion were determined that individuals in III years old were dominant ( % 29,76 ). The Mugil cephalus specimens consist of % 52.33 female and % 46.67 male. Average fork lenght for III.. years age is 293,79 mm. and average weight of them is 31, 47 g.. Maximum annual lenght increase is 62,13 mm. for III. age group and maximum annual weight increase is 263,73 g. for VII. age group were determined.
