Elektromanyetik Alanın (90 Hz ve 5 mT) Erkek Farelerde Bazı Kan Elektrolit (Ca++, P+++, Na+ , K+ , Cl- ) Düzeyleri Üzerine Etkileri

Çal›flmada, 90 Hz frekansl› ve 5 mT alan fliddetindeki EMA’n›n kan Ca++, P+++, Na+, K+, Cl- düzeyleri üzerine etkileri araflt›r›ld›. Bunun için Swiss-Albino ›rk›, 72 adet erkek fare kullan›ld›. Hem deneme ve hem de kontrol grubundan 15., 30. ve 45. günlerde kan al›nd›. Çal›flma sonuçlar›na göre, kalsiyum düzeyinde sadece 30. günde anlaml› bir düflüfl bulundu. Fosfor düzeyinde hem 15. hem de 45. günde kontrole göre önemli bir art›fl tespit edildi. Bütün dönemlerde (15., 30. ve 45. gün) plazma sodyum düzeyinde önemli bir art›fl, potasyum ve klor düzeyinde önemli bir düflüfl görüldü.

The Effects of an Electromagnetic Field (90 Hz and 5 mT) on Some Blood Electrolyte (Ca++, P+++, Na+, K+, Cl-) Levels in Male Mice

The effects of 90 Hz and 5 mT EMF on blood Ca++, P+++, Na+, K+ and Cl- levels were investigated. For this purpose, 72 Swiss-Albino mice were used. On days 15, 30 and 45, blood was taken from both the experimental and control groups. A statistically significant decrease in the calcium level was only observed on day 30. On days 15 and 45, a statistically significant increase in the phosphorus level was determined. A significant decrease in the level of plasma potassium and chloride levels and a significant increase in sodium levels were seen throughout the experiment (days 15, 30 and 45).
