Bu çalışmada modern yönetim teorisinin anlaşılmasında ve uygulanmasında önemli bir yere sahip olan sistem kuramı ve işletme yönetimine etkisi incelenecektir.

It is possible to analyse the development in business management in three major groups, which do not have certain borders and wide differences, as classical, neoclassical, and modern theories. In this paper, the effect of the system theory which has an important place in the application and understanding of modern management theory and its impact on business management will be examined.
