Datça-Bozburun yarımadası'nda (Ege Denizi) kullanılan uzatma ağlarının teknik özellikleri

Bu çalışma, Datça-Bozburun Yarımadası (Ege Denizi)’nın sekiz ana balıkçı limanı olan Datça, Hayıtbükü, Palamutbükü, Knidos, Karaköy, Bozburun, Selimiye ve Söğüt balıkçı barınaklarındaki uzatma ağlarının teknik özelliklerini ve avlanma yöntemlerini rapor etmektedir. Bölgede küçük ölçekli balıkçılıkta kullanılan, dördü sade, kalanı fanyalı olmak üzere toplam 10 değişik tipte uzatma ağı tanımlanmıştır.

Technical characteristics of set nets, used in Datça-Bozburun Peninsula (Aegean Sea). This study reports the set net characteristics and fishing methods in eight main fishing ports, where Datça, Hayıtbükü, Palamutbükü, Knidos, Karaköy, Bozburun, Selimiye and Söğüt in Datça-Bozburun Peninsula (Aegean Sea). A total of 10 various types set nets of which four gill nets and the others trammel nets were identified from artisanal fishery in the region.
