Musahip Mustafa Paşa, Konya Kalesi Atpazarı Kapısı dışında bulunan ve halkarasında Kanlı Göl diye bilinen miri arsayı temlik yoluyla alıp, on yedi bin sekiz yüzkuruş harcayarak, üzerine Şeyh Ahmet Efendi Çifte Hamamı ve Debbağlar Hamamı,Şeyh Ahmet Efendi Fevkâni Camii, Bezirganlar Hanı, Kervansaray Hanı, kahve tahmisi,kahvehane, yirmi bir dükkan ve dört mahzen yaptırmıştır. Bu arsanın haricinde,Şekerfuruş Mahalle Mescidi’ni yeniden yaptırtıp, yanına muallimhane ve yazlıknamazgâh ilave ettirmiştir. Ayrıca, Taşkapı Darü’l-hadis Medresesi, şadırvanı veavlusunu, Konya içerisinde ve çevresinde on iki adet çeşmeyi yaptırarak mütevelliliğineŞeyh Ahmet Efendi’yi atayarak tevliyeti onun soyuna bırakmıştır. Günümüze ulaşanönemli bir vakıftır.

Mustafa Pasha, who was the second visier and the close companion of the Sultan Mehmed IV, was granted a portion of the governmental land called the '' Kanli Gol'' ( Bloody Lake) and located at the outside of the '' Atpazari Gate'' of the the Konya Castle by the Sultan Mehmed IV. He built a ''Kulliye'' ( a series of buildings for various purposes) on the land by expending 17,800 Kurush (Turkish pennies). The Kulliye contained the Şeyh Ahmed Efendi Cifte Hammam, the Debbaglar Hammam, the Şeyh Ahmed Efendi Fevkani Mosque, the Bezirganlar Hammam, the Kervansaray Khan, the Coffee Tahmis Cafe, 21 shops and 4 warehouses. Besides all these, he built the masjid of the ''Sekerfurus Mahalle'' and to this place, he further built one ''Muallimhane'' (a place where the teachers were taught) , a summer masjid, the fountain complex and the courtyard of the Taskai Darul Hadis Madrasah. Additionally, he built totally 12 fountains inside and outside of Konya. He entrusted the Şeyh Ahmed Efendi and his offsprings to come with the task of taking care of the of the ''Vakf'' (the Charity). The Vakf has survived up to date as an influential and significant one.
