Lider-Üye Etkileşimi, Algılanan Kurumsal Destek ve Görev Performansı Arasındaki İlişki

Lider üye etkileşimi ile görev performansı arasındaki ilişkide kurumsal destek algısının aracılık, kurumdaki hizmet süresi değişkeninin ise düzenleyici etkisini tespit edebilmek bu çalışmanın temel amacını oluşturmaktadır. Bu amaç doğrultusunda Türkiye’nin Ege Bölgesinde yer alan bir büyükşehir belediyesinde görev yapan 346 memur üzerinde anket uygulaması gerçekleştirilerek veriler toplanmıştır. Araştırmada ilk olarak lider üye etkileşimi, algılanan kurumsal destek ve görev performansı kavramları açıklanarak değişkenler arasındaki ilişkiler incelenmiş ve hipotezler sunulmuştur. Sonrasında toplanan veriler SPSS 26.0 ve AMOS 21.0 programları ile analiz edilmiştir. Veri setinin geçerliliği için Doğrulayıcı Faktör Analizleri (DFA) yapılmış, güvenirliği için Cronbach Alpha katsayılarına bakılmıştır. Araştırma kapsamında aracılık ve düzenleyicilik testi Process Regresyon ile gerçekleştirilmiştir. Sonuç olarak; lider üye etkileşiminin görev performansı ilişkisinde çalışanların kurumlarından algıladıkları desteğin pozitif ve anlamlı bir etkisinin olduğu ancak kurumdaki hizmet süresinin bu ilişkide düzenleyici etki oluşturmadığı tespit edilmiştir. Son olarak araştırmanın bulgularına göre; lider üye etkileşiminin görev performansına etkisinde algılanan kurumsal desteğin kısmen aracılık ettiği görülmüştür.

The Relationship between LMX, Perceived Organizational Support and Task Performance

The aim of this study is to examine the moderating effect of length of service and the mediating effect of perceived organizational support on the relationship between leader-member exchange and task performance. For this purpose, data were collected by conducting a survey on 346 white-collar workers working in a metropolitan municipality in one of the western provinces of Turkey. As part of the research, the concepts of leader member exchange, perceived organizational support, and task performance were explained, and the relationships among variables were examined. The Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS, ver. 26.0) and Analysis of Moment Structures (SPSS AMOS, ver. 21.0) were used. A confirmatory factor analysis (CFA) was conducted for the validity of the data set, and the reliability of the Cronbach alpha coefficients was verified. Process Regression was used for moderator and mediator testing. As a result; It has been determined that perceived organizational support has a positive and significant effect on the relationship between leader-member exchange and task performance, but the length of service does not have a moderating effect on this relationship. Finally, it was seen that perceived organizational support partially mediated the effect of leader member exchange on task performance.
