Situs inversus totalis, jejunum atrezisi ve bağırsak dönme bozukluğu eşliğinde kendiliğinden mide delinmesi: Olgu sunumu

Situs inversus olguları özellikle bağırsak tıkanıklığı ile birlikte oldukları zaman cerrahlar için karmaşık klinik durumlara neden olabilirler. Safralı kusmalar nedeniyle kliniğe başvuran ve bağırsak dönme bozukluğu, jejunum atrezisi, ve doğumsal kalp bozukluklarının eşlik ettiği ve kendiliğinden neonatal mide delinmesi gelişen bir situs inversus totalisli olgumuzu sunuyoruz.

Spontaneous gastric perforation in association with situs inversus totalis, jejunal atresia and intestinal malrotation: Case report

Situs inversus cases cause complex clinical states for the surgeons particularly if they are complicated with intestinal obstruction. We present our case of situs inversus totalis who presented with bilious vomiting in association with intestinal malrotation, jejunal atresia, congenital cardiac malformations and spontaneous neonatal gastric perforation.
