Bu çalışmada, Profibus ağ tabanlı endüstriyel otomasyon sistemi tasarlanmış ve üç fazlı asenkron motorun ağ omurgası üzerinden denetimi gerçekleştirilmiştir. Ağ üzerinden yapılan hız denetimi esnasında, ağda meydana gelen gecikmeler incelenmiştir. Meydana gelen ağ gecikmesinin, ağ üzerindeki veri trafiğine bağlı olarak değişkenlik gösterdiği tespit edilmiştir. Meydana gelen gecikme, hareket sistemlerinde kabul edilebilir, maksimum ağ gecikmesinin sınırları içerisinde olduğu görülmüştür.

In this study, a Profibus network based industrial automation system has been designed and it has been controlled on the spinal network of three phase induction machine. Delay occurred on the network has been examined during the speed control via the network. It has been determined that the network delay that occurred changes depending on data traffic on the network. Delay that occurred has been regarded as it is in the acceptable limits of maximum network-induced delay in motion systems.
