Makale, örgütsel davranış yönetimi kapsamına giren konuların insan kaynakları yönetimi uygulamalarında ne düzeyde değerlendirildiğini ortaya koymaktadır. İnsan kaynakları uygulamalarının, örgütte ne tür davranış değişiklikleri veya geliştirmeye uygun sonuçlar yarattığı, yazında önemli bir araştırma konusu olmuştur. İnsan kaynakları uygulamalarının sonuçlarını işgören davranışlarında beklenen değişiklik ile ölçmek kadar, bireysel iş performansı ve örgütsel performansla ilişkilerini ortaya koymak da önem taşımaktadır. Ancak bu konuda somut bir model geliştirilememesi, uygulamada davranışın ihmal edildiği algısı yaratmaktadır. Uygulamada bu nedenden kaynaklanan eksiklikler görülmektedir. Makalede otomotiv yan sanayiinde faaliyet gösteren bir işletmenin insan kaynakları uygulamalarında davranış boyutu incelenmiş olup sonuçlar, bu eksiklikleri ortaya koymaktadır.
This article states on which level the issues of organizational behavior management are evaluated in human resources management practices. The subject of what kind of behavioral changes or appropriate results to be developed created by human resources management practices is an important research topic in organizational behavior management literature. It is important to state the relations between the results of human resources management practices and individual or organizational performance as much as measuring whether these results realize expected changes on employees behavior or not. However, the absence of a concrete model in measuring creates perception of negligence of employees behavior in practice and caused deficiencies. The behavior dimension of the human resources management practices of an establishment in the automotive supply industry is also investigated in the article and the results show some examples of deficiencies of behavioral aspect in human resources management practices.
