Hastane organizasyonlarında örgütsel bağlılık ve iş doyumunun analizi: Hemşireler ve tıbbi sekreterler üzerine bir araştırma

Bu araştırmada hastane organizasyonlarındaki hemşire ve tıbbi sekreterlerin örgütsel bağlılık ve iş doyum düzeylerinin incelenmesi ve bu düzeylerin çeşitli değişkenlere göre anlamlı farklılık gösterip göstermediğini analiz etmek amaçlanmıştır. Araştırma 1 Sağlık Bakanlığı hastanesi, 1 kamu üniversitesi hastanesi ve 1 özel hastane olmak üzere 3 hastanede yapılmıştır. Araştırma evrenini 677 hemşire ve 195 tıbbi sekreter olmak üzere 872 kişi oluşturmaktadır. 483 kişi (evrenin %55,38'i) ölçüm araçlarındaki soruların tamamına yanıt vermiştir. Araştırmada ölçüm aracı olarak "İş Tatmini Araştırma Aracı" ve "Örgütsel Bağlılık Anketi" kullanılmıştır. Anal ysis of organiza tional commitment and job sa tisfaction in hospital organizations: A study based on nurses and medical secretaries

The purposes of this study are to investigate organizational commitment levels and job satisfaction levels of nurses and medical secretaries at hospital organizations, to analyze significant differences job satisfaction and organizational commitment levels related to several variables. This study was conducted at one Ministry of Health hospital, one public university hospital and one private hospital. Study universe consists of 872 people (677 nurses and 195 medical secretaries). 483 people (55.38 % of study universe). Job Satisfaction Survey and Organizational Commitment Questionnaire were used as a measurement instrument at this study. A strong positive correlation was found to exist between job satisfaction and organizational commitment of nurses and medical secretaries (r= 0.597, p= 0.000; p<0.005). Also significant differences in job satisfaction levels and organizational commitment levels related to nurses' and medical secretaries' occupation, hospital ownership type and income level were found.
