BİR ÖRGÜT TASARIM MODELİ OLARAK YATAY İLİŞKİLERİ YARATMAK

One of the main variables of organizational design is uncertainty. Under the condition of uncertainty one of the models used is creating the lateral relations among the departments. To solve organizational problems at departnıental level, there are different kinds of lateral relations depending on characteristics, frequency of existing problems. When the lateral relations are established and managed efficiently the successful communication System could be achieved.
