A STUDY ON JOB STRESS AND WORK-FAMILY CONFLICT

Günümüzde, çalışan bayanların işgücünün önemli bir parçasını oluşturdukları düşünülürse, şirketlerin çalışanlarının başarılarının ve buna bağlı olarak da kendi başarılarının temelinin, sağlıklı bir iş-aile hayatı dengesi kurmakla sağlanacağını anlamaları gerekmektedir. Bu doğrultuda çalışmamızın amacı, çalışan bayanların iş stresi ve iş tatmini arasındaki ilişkiyi incelemek ve medeni durum, çocuk sahibi olmak, çocukların yaşı ve sayısının iş stresi seviyesi üzerindeki etkisini araştırmaktır. Ayrıca, yaş ve eğitim düzeyi gibi demografik karakterli değişkenlerin, çalışan bayanların iş stresi seviyelerinde herhangi bir etkileri olup olmadığını saptayabilmek için, bu değişkenler de analize dahil edilmiştir. Bu çalışma için kullanılacak veriler, İstanbul'daki iki denetim şirketinde çalışan bayanlara, 41 sorudan oluşan bir anket uygulanmak suretiyle elde edilmiştir. Araştırma sonuçları değişkenlerin tipine göre, çeşitli istatistiksel analizler kullanılmak suretiyle test edilmiştir. Araştırma sonuçlarına göre, beş hipotezden dördü doğrulanmış, bir tanesi ise doğrulanamamıştır.
