Küspe ve sabun ayçiçek yağı sanayiinin yan ürünleridir. Sabun çok az miktarda elde edildiğinden muhasebe açısından ihmal edilmektedir. Küspe ise %57 verimliliğinde elde edilen değerli bir yan ürün olduğundan muhasebe kaydına alınmalıdır. Bu çalışmadaki amacımız ayçiçek yağı üretimi yapan firmaların üretim sürecini tanıtmak ayrıca küspenin muhasebe kayıtlarına alınmasını örnek olay yardımıyla incelemektir.

(The Production Procress in Sunflower Oil Industries and The Cost Calculetions of By-products) Oil-cake and soap are by-products of sunflower oil industry. Soap is generally ignored for accounting because of its low production quantities. However oil-cake should be take part in accounting because of its high production efficiency up to 57%. The aims of the study are to introduce production procees of sunflower oil industry and to analyse register of oil-cake by an example.
