Tebliğin konusu, anonim şirketlerde sermaye kavramı ve ayni sermaye değerinin belirlenmesidir. 6102 sayılı TTK ile 6762 sayılı TTK hükümleri karşılaştırmalı olarak ele alınmıştır. The subj ect of this Communique is the concept of Cap ital in incorporations and the determination of cap ital in kind. The p rovisions of TCC No: 6102 and 6762 have been comparatively analysed. The p rincipal subsections of the Communique are he concept of Cap ital, the elements that can be Cap ital, the f ulf ilment of cap ital contribution, determnination of cap ital in kind value, the importance of cap ital in terms of various aspects, f raud against law.
