Koroner arterin anormal genişlemesini
ifade eden koroner arter ektazi veya anevrizması anjiyografi yapılan hastalarda
%3-8 oranında görülür. Asemptomatik olabildiği gibi, efor anjinası, kararsız
anjina ve miyokart infarktüsüne yol açabilir. Sol ön inen koroner arter
distalinde anevrizması ve stabil göğüs ağrısı olan bir olguyu sunmayı amaçladık.

Abnormal dilation of coronary artery
is called coronary artery aneurysm or ectasia. Its frequency has been found in
3-8% in patients undergoing coronary angiography. Although most of the patients
are asymptomatic, some cases may have effort angina, unstable angina and
myocardial infarction. We purposed to a case with stable angina pectoris who
have left anterior descending coronary artery distal aneurysm.
