On the Quadra Lucas-Jacobsthal Numbers

In this paper, we define the Quadra Lucas-Jacobsthal numbers and then, we give some properties of this sequence. Moreover, we obtain spectral norms of circulant matrices with Quadra Lucas-Jacobsthal numbers.
