Bu calismada, jug lon 'un kavun (Cucumis melo cv. Kis kavunu) jidelerindeuzama htzt, kotiledon acilmasi ve pigment miktarlart uzerine etkileriarasurtldi. Juglon cimlenme oncesinde uygulandiginda fidelerin kok ve govdeuzama hizt, IO'3M'da artarken fO-4M ve IO-5M'da azaldi. Klorojil a, b vekarotinoid miktart IO'3M ve /O-5M'da artarken JO-4M'da azaldi. Kotiledonlarcimlenme oncesi uygulanan biitiin juglon konsantrasyonlarinda actlmamtsttr.Juglon cimlenme sonrasinda uygulandigtnda ise, kok ve govde uzama hiztbiitiin juglon uygulamalartnda azaldi. Klorojil a, b ve karotinoid miktanbtittin juglon uygulamalannda artu. Kotiledonlartn tamamt butun jug/onkonsantrasyonlartnda actlmisur.
