Positive results have been obtained from 89 (39.33 %) of 273 staphylococci to which coagulase test have been applied. Among 89 coagulase positive staphylococci 71 (79.77 %) were aureus, and 18 (20.22 %) were albus type. In antibiogram sensitivity was most to cephazoline (89.88 %) and least topenicilline G and ampicilline (2.24 %).
