Familial hypercholesterolemia is an infrequent systemic disease closely associated with coronary artery disease and atherosclerosis. In this report, we reported a case of familial hypercholesterolemia tip Ila with typical systemic symtoms as well as numerous extremital xantomas and the relevant literature reviewed. Ailesel hiperkolesterolemi koroner arter hastalığı ve arterosklerozis ile yakın ilişkisi bulunan sistemik bir hastalıktır. Bu makalede, tipik semptomlarla birlikte çeşitli büyüklükte ekstremital ksontomaları olan familyal hiperkolesterolemi tip Ila'lı bir olgu tartışılmış ve ilgili literatür taranmıştır.
