Fazadinium and Intubating Conditions Fazadinium (AH 8165, Fazadon), in doses of 0.75 mg/kg, 1 mg/kg and 1.25 mg/kg was given to 48 children between the ages of 6 months - 12 years in groups of 16 to evaluate intubating conditions and speed of intubation an to find out the optimal dose for this purpose. 16 children were also given 0.1 mg/kg Pancuronium for comparison.
