Kronik Böbrek Hastalarında Hemodiyalizin Sol Ventrikül Sistolik Ve Diyastolik Fonksiyonlarına Etkisinin Doppler Ekokardiyografi İle İncelenmesi

The Investigation of the Effect of Haemodialysis On the Left Ventricular Systolic and Diastolic • Functions with Pulsed Doppler Echocardiography in Patients with Chronic Renal Failure ✓In this study, left ventricular systolic and diastolic functions were investigated with M-Mode and pulsed doppler echocardiography in 16 patients with chronic renal failure before and after haemodialysis. Left ventricular systolic parameters measured are: 1) Ejection fraction (EF), 2) Fractional shortening (FS), 3) Cardiac output (CO), 4) Cardiac index, 5) Aortic peak velocity, 6) Acceleration time, 7) Deceleration time, 8) Pre-ejection period. Diastolic parameters : 1) Early mitral diastolic velocity (E) , 2) Atrial velocity (A), 3) E/A, 4) Velocity time integral (E), 5) Velocity time integral (A), 6) E/A (integral) 7) Isovolumetrik relaxation time were measured before and after haemodialysis. As a result, early mitral diastolic velocity decreased from 0.63+0.04 cm/sn to 0.45+0.30 cm/sn and atrial velocity decreased from 0.76+0.05 cm/sn to 0.65+0.03 cm/sn (p
