Dirsekte Ulnar Nöropatinin Elektrofizyolojik Bulguları

Electrophysiologic Findings of Ulnar Neuropathy at the Elbow Ulnar neuropathy at the elbow is the second most common neuropathy in adults. Although clinical diagnosis is well known, electrophysiologic confirmation is challenging and can be difficult, particularly in mild cases. The aim of this study is to evaluate the electrophysiological findings of ulnar neuropathy at the elbow and discuss the diagnostic values of nerve conduction studies, short segment stimulation and needle electromyography in daily practice Dirsekte ulnar nöropati erişkinlerde ikinci sıklıkta görülen nöropatidir. Klinik tanısı iyi bilinmekle beraber, özellikle hafif olgularda elektrofizyolojik değerlendirmesi zor ve tartışmalıdır. Bu çalışmanın amacı dirsekte ulnar nöropatinin elektrofizyolojik bulgularını değerlendirmek ve sinir iletim çalışmaları, kısa segmental uyarım ve iğne elektromyografinin günlük pratikte tanısal değerlerini tartışmaktır.
