İSLAMÎ TÜRK EDEBİYATININ İLK ÜRÜNLERİNDE HULEFÂ-YI RÂŞİDÎN

al-Khulafa al-Rashidun in the First Works of Muslim Turkish Literature

A Müslim believes in Allah and likes things if Allah likes and does not like if Allah does not like. This love hierarchially spreads downwards like a pyramid. This basic love philosophy of Islam is used in the same forms in the Turkish literature. Poets write poems in which they utter their love and obedience for Allah, Prophet, the four Caliphs and other great figures in religion and state. The Pyramid of love turns upwards where it came out and unites in the same point. Namely the love for the four Caliphs is actually the love they utter for Allah and for his Prophet.
