Hidatik kistin "Quadriceps Femoris" kasında primer lokalizasyonu

Bu çalışmada hayvancılıkla uğraşan 66 yaşında bayan hastada ortaya çıkan, sol uyluk ön yüzde primer iskelet kası kist hidatiği olgusu sunuldu. Hastaya 5 ay önce aynı lezyonun drenajı uygulanmıştı. Hasta kliniğimize başvurduğunda lezyon tekrar drene edildi. Pürülan akıntının kesilmemesi üzerine sonografik inceleme sonucunda m.quadiceps femoriste ortaya, konulan kistik kitle eksize edildi. Patolojik inceleme sonucunda iskelet kası kist hidatiği tanısı konuldu. Primer kas hidatidozisi nadir bir hastalık olmakla birlikte iskelet kası kistik kitlelerinin tanısal çalışmalarında akılda tutulmalıdır. Hastanın 2 yıllık izleminde hidatik kist nüksüne rastlanmadı.

Primary localization of a hydatid cyst in the quadriceps femoris muscle

We present a case of primary muscular hydatidosis in the anterior past of left thigh of a 66-year-old female patient. The patient underwent a drainage of the same lesion 5 months ago. Upon admission to our clinic, the lesion was drained again. Due to ongoing purulant leak cystic mass in the quadriceps femoris muscle that was demonstrated by sonography, was excised. Histopathological examination established the diagnosis of cyst hydatid in the skeletal muscle. Primary muscular hydatidosis is a rare disease and should be kept in mind in the diagnostic work-up of a cystic mass of a skeletal muscle. After two years follow up.the patient showed no evidence of recurrent hydatid disease.
