TÜRKİYE’NİN SÜRDÜRÜLEBİLİR EKONOMİK BÜYÜMESİNDE TARIM, KENTLEŞME VE YENİLENEBİLİR ENERJİNİN ETKİSİ: ARDL SINIR TESTİ YAKLAŞIMI

Bu çalışma Türkiye’de 1990-2016 dönemi için tarım, kentleşme ve yenilenebilir enerji tüketiminin ekonomik büyüme üzerindeki etkilerini ARDL sınır testi ile araştırmayı amaçlamaktadır. ARDL sınır testi sonuçlarına göre tarım, kentleşme ve yenilenebilir enerji tüketimi ile ekonomik büyüme arasında eşbütünleşme ilişkisinin olduğu ortaya konulmuştur. Eşbütünleşme bulguları; tarım, kentleşme ve yenilenebilir enerji tüketiminin ekonomik büyümeyi uzun dönemde pozitif yönde etkilediğini göstermektedir. Ayrıca seriler arasındaki zamana bağlı dinamik ilişkileri incelemek için hata düzeltme modeli (ECM) kullanılmıştır. Uygulanan ECM analiz sonucunda hata düzeltme teriminin katsayısı negatif ve %1 anlamlılık düzeyinde istatistiksel olarak anlamlı bulunmuştur. Hata düzeltme teriminin negatif ve anlamlı bir katsayıya sahip olması, serilerde kısa dönemde meydana gelen dengeden sapmaların uzun dönem denge seviyesine yakınsadığını ifade etmektedir.
