An optimization model for designing acceptancesampling plan based on cumulative count ofconforming run length using minimum anglemethod

The purpose of this article is to present an acceptance sampling planbased on cumulative count of conforming using minimum angle method. In this plan, if the number of inspected items until rthdefective itemsis greater than an upper control threshold then lot is accepted and if itis less than a lower control threshold then the lot is rejected and if it isbetween control thresholds, process of inspecting the items continues. To design this model, we considered some important concepts like number of inspected items until rthnonconforming item in inspection, firstand second type of error, average number inspected (AN I), AQL andLQL. Also derivative of (AN I) function in point AQL is used for optimization. The objective function of this model was constructed basedon minimum angle method. Also a comparison study is carried out toevaluate the performance of proposed methodology in 50 different datasets
