SUMMARYThe Theoretical, Philosophical, and Structural Bases of Continuing Professional Development in Nursing:      The continuing professional development of nurses includes all activities of education they may pursue following their basic nursing education and which have theoretical, philosophical and structural bases. Goal of the continuing professional development in nursing is to promote quality nursing care by providing educational programs.The theoretical, philosophical and structural bases of nursing professional development must be determined and all education activities must be based on them.
