Monosteira lobulifera Reut. (Heteroptera: Tingidae)' nın fosfolipit ve triacilgliserol fraksiyonundaki yağ asidi bileşimi

Bu çalışmada Monosteira lobulifera'nın fosfolipit ve triaçilgliserol fraksiyonundaki yağ asidi içerikleri ile böceklerin beslendiği badem bitkisinin yağ asidi kompozisyonu gaz kromatoğrafisi ve GC-MS analizi yapıldı. Badem bitkisi ve her iki fraksiyondaki analizlerde, yağ asidi bileşenlerinin kantitatif olarak büyük bir kısmını palmitik (16:0) ve linoleik asit (18:2n-6) oluşturdu. Triaçilgliserol ve fosfolipit fraksiyonundaki yağ asitleri kantitatif olarak birbirinden farklıydı. Triaçilgliserolde palmitik ve oleik asit (18:ln-9), fosfolipitte ise linoleik ve linolenik (18:3n-3) asitler, yüzde dağılımda en fazla bulunan yağ asitleridir. Ayrıca sadece fosfolipit fraksiyonunda eikosanoidlerin öncül maddesi olan arakidonik (20:4n-6) ve eikosapentaenoik (20:5n-3) asitler saptandı. Besinin, böceklerin yağ asidi dağılımına önemli bir etkide bulunmadığı, böceklerin özellikle triaçilgliserol fraksiyonunda yüksek değerde bulunan oleik asitin besinden gelmediği saptandı.

Fatty acid composition in phospholipid and triacylglycerol fractions of Monosteira lobulifera Reut. (Heteroptera: Tingidae)

In this study, the fatty acid compositions in phospholipid and triacylglycerol fractions of Monosteira lobulifera and fatty acid composition of almond plant were analysed separately by gas chromatography and GC-MS. Quantitative analysis of both fractions and almond plant showed that palmitic (16:0) and linoleic (18:2n-6) acids constituted the major part of the fatty acid compositions. The fatty acid compositions of the phospholipid and triacylgycerol fractions were quantitatively different. Palmitic and oleic (18:ln-9) acids in triacylgycerol fraction and linoleic and linolenic (18:3n-3) acids in phospholipid fraction are major fatty acids. Moreover, arachidonic (20:4n-6) and eicosapentaenoic (20:5n-3) acids which are the precursor of eicosanoid were determined only in the phospholipid fraction. Food did not change the profil of fatty acid of insect. There was no any relationship between high levels of oleic acid in triacylglycerol fractions of insects and food ingested.
