Dekapod Kurustaselerde Üremeyi Düzenleyen Bazı İnternal Faktörler

Dekapod (on ayaklı) krustase (kabuklular) olarak bilinen karides, ıstakoz ve yengeçlerin bazı türleri ekonomik önem taşıyan su canlıları arasındadır. İnsanların protein ihtiyacına olan artış bu canlıların doğadan avlanılan miktarlarının tüketim ihtiyacını karşılayamamasına ve genel olarak lüks bir gıda maddesi olarak tüketilmelerine neden olmaktadır. Bu nedenle, özellikle son yıllarda dekapod krustaselerin üretim ve yetiştiricilik çalışmalarında önemli artışlar yaşanmıştır. Dekapodların üretimlerinin artırılması çalışmalarında üreme sistemlerinin bilinmesi ve bu sistemi etkileyen faktörlerin araştırılması büyük önem taşımaktadır. Bu çalışmada, krustaselerde üremenin düzenlenmesinde etkili olan eksternal ve internal faktörler, krustaselerin üremelerinde hormonların ve nörotransmiterlerin rolü ve konularındaki bilgiler derlenilmiştir. Krustaselerde üremenin düzenlenmesinde etkili olan eksternal faktörlerin başında; su sıcaklığı, fotoperiyot, beslenme, tuzluluk gibi faktörlerin geldiği, diğer taraftan internal faktörler arasında ise, genel olarak gonad gelişimi üzerinde nöroendokrin ve nöroendokrin olmayan salgıların etkili olduğu görülmektedir.
