HUME'UN "İNSAN DOĞASI" KAVRAMINDA ANLAM SORUNU

Şengül ÇELİK, "HUME'UN İNSAN DOĞASI KAVRAMINDA ANLAM SORUNU"

THE MEANING PROBLEM OF HUME IN THE CONCEPT OF "HUMAN NATURE"

Hume intends to be the Newton of social sciences. He tries to establish entirely a new science which he calls "the science of man". He believes that his aim can be attainable only through experiential methods. The inconsistency of Hume's moral philosophy is the consequences of his Newtonian method. His method of discovering human nature leaves out some meaning of being-human.
