Lebistes ( Poecilia Reticulata) Balıklarında Saptanan Tüberkuloz Olgusu

Bu çalışmada Lebistes balıklarında görülen tüberküloz olgusu incelenmiştir. Hasta balıkların yapılan histopatolojik yoklamasında, karaciğer, dalak ve periton'un belirli bölgelerinde epiteloid histiositlerin oluşturduğu tuberküllere rastlanmıştır. Organlardan izole edilen Mycobacterium marinum'um PAS NH2OH (25 mg/ml), PNB, Salisilat ortamlarında ürediği. Tween hidroliz testinde pozitif, Katalaz, Nitrat testlerinde negatif, Nitrit-Sauton agar ve Pikrik asi-Sauton agarda üremedği saptanmıştır.

A Case Of Tuberculosis Found In Lebistes Fishes

İn this study, tuberculosis found in lebistes fishes was investigated. In histological examination the tubercles were observed in the definite areas of the liver, spleen, and peritoneum of the diseased and dead fishes. Isolated microorganism, Mycobacterium marinum showed a positive hydrolysis in Tween hydrolysis test but showed negative reaction in catalase and nitrate tests. Isolated microorganisms did not grow on Nitrite-Sauton agar and Picric acid-Sauton agar but growth on PAS NH2OH (2 mg/ml), PNB, and Salicylate medium.
