ANKARA BÖLGESİ KÜMES HAYVANLARlNDA Infectious Broııcıiitis (İB), İnfectious Laryngotracheitis (İLT), infectious Bursal Disease '(iBD)," Egg-Drop- · Syndrom-76 (EDS~76), Avian Encephalomyelitis (AE) ve Adenovirus Enfeksiyonlarının Epizootiolojik Araştırılması ve İzolasyon Çalışmaları

Araştırmada Ankara Bölgesi kümes hayvanlarında İB, İBD, İLT, EDS-76 , AE , ve Adenovirus enfeksiyonlarının epizootiolojik durumu incelenmiştir. Çalışma süresi içinde 3151 çiftlikten 6000 adet kanatlı hayvan adı geçen hastalıklar yönünden muayene edilmiş ve sonuçta 131 çiftlikte İBD, 19 çiftlikte EDS-76; 1 çiftlikte İB; ve 2 çiftlikte adenovirus enfeksiyonu tesbit edilmiştir. AE ve İLT enfeksiyonlarına rastlanmamıştır. Epizootiolojik taramalarda 107 adet çiftlikten alınan 1200 adet kan serumu serolojik muayeneye tabi tutulmuş ve sonuçta 68 çiftlikte İBD;2 çiftlikte İB, 19 çiftlikte EDS-76 ve 9 çiftlikte adenovirus enfeksiyonu pozitif bulunmuştur.

The studies on the isolation and epizootiological research of the IB, ILT, IBD, EDS-76, AE and adenaviral infections of the chickens in Ankara region

The epizootiological situation of the İB, İBD, İLT, EDS-76, AE and Adenovirus infection in chickens of Ankara Regions were examined. During the resarch period a total of 6000 chickens from 3151 farms were examined for diseases mentioned above and consequently İBD infection was found in 131 farms; EDS-76 was found 19 farms; IB was found in 1 farm and adenovirus infection was found in 2 farms. AE and ILT infections couldn't be observed. In the epizootical surveys 1200 blood samples from 107 farms were examined serologically and as a result IBD infection in 68 farms, IB infection in 2 farms, EDS-76 in 19 farms and Adenovirus infection in 9 farms were found positively.
