OPTİK GÖZ SINIRLAYICILARLA ADIM MOTOR KONTROLÜ

Bu çalışmada manyetik malzemelerde herhangi bir sebeple oluşan mekanik çatlakların belirlenebilmesi için, üç boyutta hareket edebilen 3D tarayıcı sistem geliştirilmiştir. Adım motor kontrollü ve optik göz sınırlayıcılı sistemde optik göz sınırlayıcılar hareketli bir platforma yerleştrilmiş ve bu sayede hall sensörün istenen koordinatlara ulaşması sağlanmıştır. Bu makalede 3D tarayıcı sistemde optik göz sınırlayıcılarla adım motor kontrolünün nasıl yapıldığı ayrıntılı olarak tartışılmıştır.

CONTROL OF STEPPER MOTORS WITH OPTICAL SENSORS

In this study, 3D scanner system was constructed to inspection of the cracks on magnetic materials for industrial applications. 3D scanner system was operated by stepper motors in three dimensions. Optical device controlled stepper motors were delivered the hall sensor to the right position around the cracked region. Then surface leakage flux measurements were carried out at particular region to find out cracks in the sample. In this paper, electronic circuit of optical device controled 3D scanner system will be presented.
