  • Ciwei GAO was born in 1977, received his B.S. in North China Electrical Power University 1999, M.S. degree in Wuhan University, China, 2002, Ph.D. in Politecnico di Torino (China, 2006) and Shanghai Jiaotong University (China, 2007).   • and Haozhong CHENG was born in 1962, received B.S., M.S. and Ph.D degrees in Power Systems from Shanghai Jiao Tong University, Shanghai, P.R.China in 1983, 1985 and 1998, respectively. Now he is a Professor and Head of Institute of Power System and Automation and former Head of the Department of Electrical
