Cardiopulmonary arrest which is an emergency situation occurs in everytime and everywhere. Nurses must have knowledge about cardiopulmonary resuscitation in order to who can do emergency procedure for life support immediately. This research has been planned to determine nurses's level of knowledge and needs concerning the CPR drowning and it is done by meeting 389 nurses in 3 Hospital in Izmir. According to the results of the research: %71.98 of the nurses have enough information about CPR.
