Bingöl Belediye Mezbahasında Kesimi Yapılan Koyun ve Keçilerde Dışkı Bakılarına Göre Endoparaziterin Yaygınlığının Araştırılması
Bu araştırma, Bingöl Belediye Mezbahasında kesimi yapılan 100 koyun ile 200 keçiden alınan dışkı örneklerinde helmint ve Eimeria türlerinin yaygınlığını belirlemek için yapıldı. Dışkı numuneleri laboratuvarda flotasyon, sedimentasyon ve Baerman-Wetzel yöntemleri ile muayene edildi. Dışkıların koprolojik muayenesinde, 100 koyunun 56’sında (%56) Eimeria sp., 75’inde ise helmint (%75) türleri tespit edildi. En yaygın helmint türünün koyunlarda %65 ile Trichostrongylidae sp. (100/65) olduğu görüldü. Koprolojik muayenesi yapılan 200 keçinin 123’ünde Eimeria sp. (%61,5), 141’sinde ise farklı helmint türleri (%70,5) tespit edilmiş olup, en yaygın helmint türünün keçilerde Metastrongylidae sp. (%30,5) olduğu belirlendi. Eimeria sp. ve helmintlerden ileri gelen miks enfeksiyonlar koyunlarda %69 (100/69), keçilerde ise %67,5 (200/135) oranlarında olduğu görüldü.
Investigation of Endoparasites Prevalances According to Faeces Inspections in Slaughtered Sheep and Goats in Bingöl Municipality Salughterhouse
This study, was conducted to determine the prevalance of helminth and eimeria species from 100 sheep and 200 goat faeces samples in Bingöl municipal salughterhouse. Faeces samples were examined with flotation, sedimentation, Baerman-Wetzel methods in laboratory. Coprologic examination of faeces were detected 56 in 100 (56%), 75 in 100 (75%) helminth species of sheep. Most common helminth species were observed by 65% Trichostrongylidae sp. in sheep. Coprologic examination of faeces were detected 123 in 200 (61.5%), 141 in 200 (70,5%) helminth species of goat. Most common helminth species were observed Metastrongylidae sp.(30.5%) in goat. Mix infections rate was determined 69% in sheep, 67.5% in goat, resulting from Eimeria sp. and helminths.
