Social consequences of macro-economic analysis of projects, Industrial and solutions to manage it

Abstract. Macro-economic and industrial projects because of the natural resources in some areas due to economic growth form. But the implementation of such plans for adjacent areas provides a many consequences. Most of the studies and action plans, there is no provision for Regulation. This leads to social problems are worse. The research was conducted using qualitative, local authorities and individuals were local survey. The findings show that the setting up of the refinery, however, positive results in sectors such as employment and infrastructure facilities for the residents of these areas has created But in other areas, including the social and environmental impact has been devastating. Negative effects all over the lack of attention to social issues back refinery management. Refinery managers to negative consequences, responsible for macro-economic plan is not realized and the development of infrastructure facilities to try to quiet the negative consequences of it.
