İŞ BECERİKLİLİĞİNİN İŞ- AİLE YAŞAM ÇATIŞMASI İLE İLİŞKİSİNDE ROL BELİRSİZLİĞİNİN ROLÜ

Öz Bu çalışmada iş becerikliliği, rol belirsizliği ve iş-aile yaşam çatışması arasındaki ilişkiler ile iş becerikliliğinin aile yaşam çatışması üzerindeki etkisinde rol belirsizliğinin aracılık rolü incelenmiştir. Bu amaçla, kolayda örneklem ve kartopu örnekleme yöntemleri beraber kullanılarak 262 banka çalışandan anket yolu ile veri toplanmıştır. Bulgulara göre, değişkenler arasında anlamlı ilişkiler bulunmaktadır. Sonuçlar, iş becerikliliğinin iş-aile yaşam çatışması üzerindeki etkisinde rol belirsizliğinin aracılık rolü olduğunu göstermektedir.
