In this paper we have found the m inim al index of the generaiized m inim al ruled surfaces defined in the Euclidean n-space E n and new results were obtained for both developable and nondevelopahle ruled surfaces. In addition a theoıem given for the R iem ann subm anifold in [3] was defined for the generaiized ruled surfaces in the Euclidean n-space E n
