k - Convexity in euclidean 3 - space

In this paper we establish some results relating the concept of k-convexity of regions in the Euclidean 3-space E3 with the sectional curvature of their boundaires. Relation between k-convexity and strict convexity is considered. Focal points of the boundary of a k-convex region are also studied.
