Lumbar Disc Herniation with Spontaneous Regression

Lumbar disc herniation (LDH) is frequently encountered among the causes of low back pain. Most of the patients diagnosed with lumbar disc hernia are followed up with conservative treatment and a small percentage of them requires surgical treatment. Surgical treatment has a high success rate if patients are selected appropriately, but radiological regression is rarely seen in conservative patients, although, complaints are reduced. In this article, we aimed to present the case of LDH, which shows regression clinically and radiologically.
