Ağır metallerin çinko ve kurşun Bryum schleicheri and Plagiomnium undulatum Bryophyta ’un fotosentetik pigment miktarları üzerine etkisi

Karasal ekosistemin önemli bileşenlerinden olan ve biyomonitör olarak yaygın şekilde kullanılan briyofitler dünyadaki biyolojik çeşitliliğin oluşmasında çok önemlidir. Bu çalışmada çinko ve kurşun ağır metallerinin Bryum schleicheri ve Plagiomnium undulatum türlerinin fotosentetik pigment içeriği üzerine etkileri araştırılmıştır. Briyofit türleri çeşitli flora eserlerinden faydalanılarak tespit edilmiştir. 0,1 g örnek üzerine 15 ve 30 dakika 10-2-10-4 M arasında ZnSO4 ve PbSO4 sulu çözeltileri uygulanmıştır. Arnon metoduna göre klorofil ve karotenoid miktarları belirlenmiştir. Sonuç olarak çinko ve kurşun ağır metallerinin Bryum schleicheri ve Plagiomnium undulatum türlerinde fotosentetik pigment miktarlarını etkilediği tespit edilmiştir. Her iki türde de kurşun ağır metalinin etkisinin daha fazla olduğu görülmektedir

Impact of heavy metals zinc and lead on the photosynthetic pigment contents of Bryum schleicheri and Plagiomnium undulatum Bryophyta

Bryophytes is one of the important components of terrestrial ecosystems and widely used as biomonitoring is very important in the formation of the world's biodiversity. In this study, zinc and lead effects on photosynthetic pigment content of Bryum schleicheri and Plagiomnium undulatum species of heavy metals were investigated. Bryophytes species were determined utilizing a variety of flora works. 15 and 30 minutes between 10-2-10-4 M ZnSO4 and PbSO4 aqueous solutions treated on 0.1 g sample. Chlorophyll and carotenoid amount is determined to the Arnon method. Consequently, zinc and lead heavy metals have been found to affect the photosynthetic pigment amounts of Bryum schleicheri and Plagiomnium undulatum species. Lead heavy metal appears to be more effective in both species
